The service
VidMate fetches publicly available video and audio files from supported platforms when you give it a link. It hosts no content of its own.
Allowed use
You may use VidMate to save:
- videos you uploaded yourself;
- videos the owner lets people download;
- material you may lawfully keep for personal, non-commercial use where you live.
You may not use VidMate to re-upload or sell other people’s work, to reach private or paid content, or to break the terms of the platform the video comes from.
Fair use of the service
No scraping, bots or bulk requests, and no attempts to bypass rate limits or attack the site. We may block addresses that do this.
No guarantee
Platforms change without notice. VidMate is provided as is, and we can’t promise that every link will download or that the site is always online.
Liability
As far as the law allows, VidMate is not responsible for losses arising from use of the site or of downloaded files.
The VidMate APK
The APK page installs this website as an app from your browser. We do not distribute any APK file or third-party software.
